I am a coach, healer and speaker. No matter what I do, I make sure it is practiced consciously with love and care.
I was a classically-trained Eastern Medicine practitioner for over a decade when I had a dramatic encounter with God that changed the entire trajectory of my life.
After that encounter, the transition from New Age spirituality to being deeply rooted in Jesus Christ began to take place. 2025 was the most intense year of my life as I began to encounter the spiritual realm in ways that I never thought were possible.
I had to learn how to lay down the things I once held onto as important as God re-shaped my identity as a child of God.
I am now helping others navigate life transitions as a Holy Spirit-led Transitional Intelligence coach, as well as giving motivational talks and workshops to share my story and uplift and inspire others.
My passion has always been helping people heal and create a deeper, more loving relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the world around them. Now I just come equipped as a follower of Christ in everything I do.

As a Holy Spirit-led certified Transitional Intelligence Life Coach, I incorporate guidance with practical skills to help you successfully navigate life change. Clients leave transformed from the inside after working together, so that no matter what the outside circumstances are, they know they have tools and skills for navigating the endings, messy middles and new beginnings of life.
